Most prospecting tools sell you a database and a template. Mailbase starts from the public French company register (SIRENE): every active company, filterable by activity, place, size and age, deduplicated on its SIREN. For each one it finds the website, reads the legal notice French law requires, pulls the email and the owner’s name, and verifies the address before anyone writes. Then it writes one email per person from a real fact about that company, in your voice, and sends a handful a day inside your hours. The first batch is always reviewed by you; a reply or a bounce stops the sequence for that company.
The register is public and complete. Say who you sell to in plain words; the agent turns it into NAF codes, departments and headcount bands, shows you the count, and pages through every match. No scraping, no bought list, no duplicate — the SIREN is the key.
Website found by name and proven on the page (SIREN or a distinctive name), the legal notice read for the email and the owner, placeholder addresses dropped, web-agency addresses ignored, the mail server checked. A wrong site is rejected and remembered.
Each email is built on one true fact — what their site says, their age, their town — signed as you, ending on your ask, in their language. You approve, edit or reject every draft; auto-sending unlocks only after you have reviewed the first batch.
