These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mailbase (the "Service"), operated by french-web. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are solely responsible for the content you send and for obtaining valid consent from every recipient on your audiences.
We provide tools to help you reach inboxes, but we do not guarantee delivery, open rates, or placement. We may pause or limit sending that threatens the deliverability of the shared platform or that generates excessive bounces or spam complaints.
Mailbase offers a free plan and paid plans shown on the Pricingpage. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. If a plan uses your own useSend instance, you remain responsible for your sending infrastructure, delivery costs, and compliance.
You retain ownership of the campaigns, templates, contacts and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your data or your contacts.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue parts of the Service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, french-web is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For paid plans, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Mailbase during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the maximum extent permitted by applicable law if no fees were paid.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
